Community Outreach Program

A trusted and essential support for the North Central community and beyond, offering low-barrier, culturally grounded services that meet people where they are. Rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing and guided by principles of dignity, trust, and connection, the program provides daily access to food, clothing, household items, and harm reduction supplies, while also offering navigation support for housing, healthcare, and social services. Through street outreach, drop-in programming, Create-N-Relate, and wellness workshops, the program fosters safety, healing, and empowerment. More than just a service, it is a relationship-based model of care that continues to respond to the evolving needs of the community with compassion and consistency.
