Food & Nutrition Program

The Food and Nutrition Program plays a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of children, youth, and families in the community. Through daily meal provision, cooking education, emergency food support, and culturally relevant food experiences, the program ensures that individuals have access to nourishing meals in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The program also rescues food every weekday that would otherwise end up in the landfill. By addressing both immediate hunger and long-term food security, the program helps reduce barriers, foster belonging, and promote healthy habits that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
